Housekeeping

This includes a deep clean throughout insuring you there will be no trace of the previous guests, we will make every bed regardless of how many guests are staying.

Check lists

An inventory can be checked after every booking to make sure nothing has gone missing or been broken, signed and dated for the guests to see on arrival. It is up to the owner to provide an inventory if they require this service.

Laundry service

Requests for laundry vary and so will therefore be discussed with you the owner.

Guest contact

We can also contact guests on arrival to make sure there are no problems and tend to their needs if necessary. (owners requests)

Call outs

We offer an emergency call out service for the guests, again at owners requests. This is chargeable at £15.00/ph

Miles restricted to 20 for this service

Quality of service

The quality of service shall be entirely in accordance with the specification and to the satisfaction of the clients / owners

Payment

Payment shall be discussed with the owner. In most cases payment is made after each separate turnover. Or a monthly invoice is sent for payment to follow within 7 working days.

All cheques made payable to getclean.

Materials

If you wish for us to use our own cleaning products and equipment this is free of charge (requirements will be discussed with you the owner)

Prices

£30.00/ph for 2 cleaners (depending on specific requirements)

Cottages within 10miles travel cost £0.00

10miles + travel cost £5.00

15miles+ travel cost £10.00

20miles + travel cost £15.00

25miles + travel cost £20.00

30miles maximum

Holiday homes less involved can be cleaned in general without the laundry service or guest contact.

If you are after a general holiday home or caravan clean we can do that also.

"We will come to view your property, make a note of everything that is required and email your quote.

For more than 1 cottage each separate property will have a fixed price instead of the overall time. This makes things a little easier when you have a different amount of properties let each week"

PLEASE NOTE :  There is a minimum of 1 hour for all of our holiday properties,  Smaller holiday homes will still be charged at an hourly rate of £30 minimum.

Caravans are also included.
